chicago is sweet even at 3pm on sundays, thanks to rotten milk and the whole blog cabin family! bbq fun in the backyard!

cleveland was filled with familiar faces and lounge lizards. thanks george, erin, thumbs up, annnd everyone else for being really awesome!

pittsburgh is really beautiful!

oh boy philaphilaphiladelphia! we played in a super tiny room to pretty much the other bands playing that night. but it was seriously buck as hell!!! thanks to a dead bird, the crown, and dave et al. such great people!

new york is literally a giant fucking city! todd p sets up sweeeeet shit. ocdj, always amazing. todosantos, realllllly amazing venezualen pyschedelic dance music. 100% wool tore up the electronic drum set. we ended up playing 2 more shows in new york too! we had a great freakout jam sesh in a great installation in manhatten with frankie/airbrains! and then an awesome awesome brooklyn house party that night! so fun! thanks to maya, and everyone else who made that weekend awesome! ("are you guys really from milwaukee? i thought that was a joke" -a new yorker peeing behind our van post-show)

annnnd then we drove to bloomington indiana. without a show scheduled. luckily we were able to squeeze on the ifihadahifi show, proving that ifihadahifi are not only a really fucking great band, but compassionate and merciful etc. and super loud.

well thats that. no one died. gas prices aren't THAT much, and air conditioning isn't THAT important. we couldn't have done it with out really really friendly people though  so infinite thanks to everyone! its very nice to be back in milwaukee!!!
