and i reside in san diego and am trying to get to the gig via any transportation and with anyone or solo.....like when i saw you play acoustic in southern cali. still talking about it on facebook tonight with a friend in northern california waaay far away. ..ps--still have to send missy those samples cds......have been touring my behind off!! she'll know to what i am referring re:the cds (as you do re:touring :OD) ..cheers, mate!! ..~~~~~~~~~~s

We got sunshine in So. California whenever you need more. Have a great time in New York. Republic of Loose was in town last night at the Whiskey A Go Go. I found out the day of,yet I had an earlier committment which ran late so I couldn't make the trek from OC to Hollywood in time. The band is playing the US Ireland Alliance pre Oscar party at the Ebell Theatre with Brendan Gleeson being honoured. Are you going to their gig for the Barretstown Fundraiser with Sinead O'Connor, Shane MacGowan? All the best! I still play your CD everyday. Beautiful songs as well as your voice and the music. My older brother Dermot is in Dublin for a week ('to check the weather'). Check out Dublin's Jezzebelle (Katie Carpenter & Gary Burke), Jemison Green band (my cousin's husband Vincent O'Connell is in the band) plus bluesman Peter Moore is howling in the hills of Wicklow Co.
