INFORMATION FOR PRESS!
Conditions for journalists who are writing for getting accreditation on the Global East Rock Festival :
Dear journalists
-The inquires for getting accreditation from printed editions should be considered with the circulation from 15 000 copies and more.
-Accreditation should be implemented exclusively on the base of editions, which announce the festival (announces in the news-rubrics are not acceptable). Attention! The announce should be not less then ½ of the edition line.
-The inquires for getting accreditation should be considered also from the internet resources. Everyday attendance of the site must be more than 1000 unique visitors per a day. (Attention! The attendance is being rating at the counter top.bigmir.net). The Organizer gives to internet resources no less than one accreditation per resource.
-For the internet resources: to receive the accreditation, the announce of the festival should be placed on the first page of the site as information block with poster/banner , with the date and location of the event , references to the site of the organizer and festival . Period of placing – is no less that 45 calendar days!
- The accreditation should be conceded only in case of executing of the all points of the rules .
-If You are internet resource and You want to give a inquire for accreditation , please do it immediately after the setting up the announce on Your site and notice obviously the date of the placing this announce!!!
-The accreditation for printed editions should be maid after presentation of the publications or the scans of the publications, for the internet resources—as a copy of the page from the site on the email: press[at]gpromotion.com.ua
The inquire should be designed on special blank “Global Promotion” (look the reference from below ), or on the official blank of the edition /resource (in this case the inquire should contain all needed information following the analogy of the inquire “Global Promotion” . If the inquire is filled not enough or not right the inquires will be not accepted and not considered.
-For getting an exclusive interview ( with photo, or video) it is needed to notice in separate letter-inquire about the amount of the using material . The Artist makes decision about giving the interview no later than 1 week before coming to Ukraine.
-It is needed to participate in the announcing the festival weighty for organizing and preparing interview , we will consider your offers.
Accreditation for festival for newspaper photographers and film crews :
-A newspaper photographer or video operator of the accredited edition or program get pass , which lets to enter the event and to bring photo and video equipment with to the concert place. The film crews for shooting films can take any place on the territory of the festival beside the prohibited zones (as “staff only”, or back-stage, dressing rooms etc). More information regarding the prohibited places for standing and shooting will be soon.
-At the moment of entering on the territory of the festival bage/sicker/bracelet , which indefinites person as “press” and should be set up or sticked at the good for view place: on breast or on the hand. Attention! In case the sticker or bage will not be set up, the Organizer of the event does not carry the responsibility for the doing from the security (because photo and video shooting by the audience is not allowed and security service will work following the instructions).
-The Artist determines the place and time of the photo and video shooting, the working newspaper photographers and film crews will be informed about this by Organizer before the show start.
-In case of the breach of the rules of the behavior during the concert by newspaper photographer the Organizer reserve the right to withdraw photo and video films and other devices of the transferring for information(for Artist’s disposal).
-The Organizer concedes a right for shooting, but reserves the right for using photo and video film for own purposes (noticing the name of photographer or referring on the resource), but press commit to give photo and video materials to the Organizer(in case of inquiry). In case the edition refuses to give the materials, the concert agency has a right to use adequate measures , and also to refuse in the implementing of accreditation for all farther events, which will be conducted by Organizer.
Please, pay attention on the changes/additions to the common rules!!! The rules could be added or modeficated! The concert agency is not obliged to notify personally each resource/magazine/TV channel about the changing of the rules!
