Summer is flying by and we wanted to share a few bits of news with everyone.

///////Mahalo Party on Thursday, July 30th/////// Maui Time Weekly released their "Best of Maui" issue for 2009 and we were honored to be named Best Bar for the fourth straight year. Sarah Stern was crowned Best Female Bartender, and runner up nods for Jake Morris (Best Male Bartender) and Best Place to Dance. In appreciation we will be hosting a MAHALO PARTY on Thursday, July 30th starting at 8pm: * 25% off all food and drinks for Kamaaina all day until 10PM * Drink specials all night! * Giveaways from Tiki and Mahina (best local boutique) * Best Female Musician Erin Smith will rock the lanai, along with an acoustic version of The Throwdowns. It's a night of THE BEST. Come down and tell your friends.

This past June, we hosted Maui Thing in support of Kihei Youth Center and collectively raised $500 for them. We are also proud to announce that Ka Ipu Kukui raised over $1000 for their organization at a benefit party at the TIki Lounge. Please feel free to propose any worth organizations to us for future events.

/////Music Update////
Happy Hour: Erin Smith on Thursdays; The Mango Pickers (formerly Eclipse) on Friday; The Crunch Pups on Saturday; Viva la Rumba on Sunday; and Kanoa of Gomega on Monday. Our Wednesday Ladies Night is taking off with the A.D.D. Twins and you never know who will stop by and play with Kanoa on Sunday night. 

As always, music and dancing every night of the week. We'll see you there!
