Current mood:  busy
Category: Art and Photography

I know its been a wait, but in two months, we have re-grouped, and we are on our way. Incorporation papers HAVE BEEN FILED and non profit 501-c(3) papers ARE IN THE WORKS with our attorney in San Francisco. Here's what I need from all of you...
The plan is to throw the gallery shows and concert shows first in NYC, ending in New Orleans,(free concert),(with about 10-16 cities inbetween) ending with the bidding of the works of art on ebay. Each city will have a gallery exhibit one night, and a concert venue the second. There is still much to be done, and I, along with others on board of directors, need to be on point with everything. I will not book venues with the dates, if i don't have all information from all working with us. We are shooting to start tour between July and Sept. Will give better dates when they are better set.
Here is what i need to proceed:
1. All artists, I have most of your info. I will include a list at the bottom with what I have and don't have, and please...fill in the rest. This way we can catalogue the works, figure out hanging (to see if the venues are proper for it), and have all artists set. Refer to list below, and see what you need to submit.(Alicia@ArtistsUniteToHelp.org)
2.All bands, we are now calling for demos, press kits, etc. This is a benefit, but we will seriously consider travel, and small riders. I need to see all of this. And especially to list on the group and blog to refer productions teams to it. (refer to 2nd list for band info so far)Please list your intents on the "Bands" Blog in the comment section. Headliners WILL NOT BE LISTED until full tour is scheduled.
3. Help in all areas are ALL STILL NEEDED!!!! PLEASE PASS THE WORD!!

Please send me all missing info, and contact me as far as the other issues so we can get this show on the road...literally.(Alicia@ArtistsUniteToHelp.org )

Thanks so much,
Alicia Zeringo
President, Founder & Executive Director
