I would like to take this opportunity to invite Quarterbacks interested in playing for the Racine Raiders to our Quarterback Camp.

The camp is being put on in conjunction with Jeff Trickey. The Jeff Trickey Quarterback Camp is "regarded by many as one of the finest quarterback development camps in the country."

The camp objective will be to offer a quality one-on-one instruction of quarterback techniques with an emphasis put on passing mechanics and leadership skills. Defensive recognition through "pre" and "post snap" reads will also be emphasized and drilled.

Listed below are some of the features of camp:

1) One-on-one small group instruction with Coach Trickey.
2) Maximum positive repetitions for all quarterbacks.
3) Breakdown and instruction of passing mechanics evaluated on videotape for each camper.
4) Intense quarterback preparation for all ability levels.
5) Mechanics of passing the football stressed individually.
6) Motivational lectures by Coach Trickey concerning : "Accepting the Risk of Leadership."
7) Disciplined, aggressive execution of drops, boot, dash, waggle, sprint, roll-out techniques.
8) Mental aggressiveness, being assertive in leadership.

The camp will be held at the Lake View RecPlex. The address is 9900 Terwall Terrace, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, Kenosha County. Take highway 165 east off of I-94 to Prairie Springs Park. The RecPlex is located on the east side of the park and north of Highway 165. If you take highway 165 to highway 31 you went too far.

The dates for the camp will be 03/25/06 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and on 04/08/06 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Even though we will have plenty of footballs if you have your own plan on bringing it. Since the camp will entail a lot of throwing we do not want to be a football short.
