Dear Friends,

Humpback whales are visiting Hawaii from Alaska right now to copulate
and procreate in the warm water. There is nothing for them to eat
around the islands so they lose 25,000 pounds while they are there.
Females can mate innumerable times during the season
(non-monogamously), while males can mate only once. But obviously,
they love it.

Beginning February 26th, 2007, Snowblink will embark on the humpback
whales' journey's figurative antonym. Frank Lyon and I will
platonically pair and head from sunny California to the northeast
winter to musically "mate" with innumerable partners. And obviously,
we will love it.

Won't you join us? We will whalesong in cold waters with The Finches,
Michael Leviton, Forest Fire, Belly Boat, John Southworth, Scary
Mansion and Laura Goldhamer among others. Also joining us for several
dates with his fiddle et al is Caley Monahon-Ward.
