Well, we know it has been a while since last we post (we blame Virgil for overloading the graveyard with dead bodies... it was a hell of a mess to clean). Anyways, so we thought that we would give our fans a little update...

We are working hard on making the first issue a mind-blowing fiasco of art and literature. It has been a long... slow process, but we are almost through with the layout and design. We have finished the cover and the artwork will blow your mind (even if you are already dead).

However, Randal has been lagging behind in sending out notifications of acceptance (he drinks a little too much... just look at his picture). So, we have nominated a new member of the team to start sending out notifications. In addition, we will also post a list of peeps who made the final cut.

Now, if you do not receive a notification, or your name does not appear in the post, take heart, for we were overloaded with amazing stories. And there is still a possibility that we will use the stories in the next issue. Again, we will let you know.

Vlad noticed, as he searched through the submissions, that many of our authors are not familiar with standard formatting procedures when sending stories for consideration. We recommend that you pick up a copy of MLA Formatting and Style guide, or just google MLA style. It is the standard formatting procedure that many publications use when accepting or rejecting your work.

Since we did not announce this little fact to our authors, we did not hold it against you when deciding if we should accept your work.
 
We hope that this rather long message clears up a few issues for you. Our next issue should not take as long, but we are trying to produce a magazine worthy of the name -- Graveyard Tales.
