In Kemet, The Great Crisis "final destiny of the gods and men" is a series of major events, including a great battle foretold to ultimately result in the death of a number of major figures including the gods and heroic warriors, the occurrence of various natural disasters, and the subsequent submersion of the world in fire. Only the forces of the residences of Eden joined with the Lion God’s generals against Seth and minions. Afterward, the world resurfaces anew and fertile, Lion God will meet the surviving Gods and warriors, and two human survivors repopulate the world. The Great Crisis is an important event in the Kemet canon, and has been the subject of scholarly discourse and theory.

The event is attested primarily in the Where the Brave go to Live and Die, compiled in the 5th century by Aliya, whom chosen to visit Eden and see The Great Crisis and to return back to earth to tell others.

The following is an excerpt from Where the Brave go to live and die.
The beautiful Eden with its lovely valleys and majestic streams changed dramatically. The calmness and sincerity of heroes changed when Seth’s minions came. The valleys broke away, the lush green grass and became as black night. The waters turned to blood. The sun that once brightens it became black as coal. Though heavens above Eden remained intact, as lovely as ever, Eden was not.

It was certain that wanted the heavens, but the Chaotic God would have to rid itself of Eden first. Once the heavens protectors were no more nothing would stop him.
From there, the heroes of Eden united to create a frontal assault against Seth. They gathered every weapon they could find and faced the evil with incredible valor. Each hero from a different place in time, still they vowed to win the day against Seth. Next, the horn of Gabriel blew to signal the danger ahead and to prepare for war.

Seth minions consisted of the most villainous of men, demons, beasts, and snakes. Each evil was ready to bring hell into Eden and eventually takeover the heavens.
In front and center was the Lion God; the being that saved our people would attempt to protect our souls once more. Alongside our god were his general Chinweike and a falcon. The falcon recites information to Lion God.
Black is everywhere, my god.
Blood is in waters. Mountains eroded.
Yet the bravery of men is on full display.

The falcon then describes three hyenas from Seth laughing. Eventually, hyenas ceased their laughter and said:
Fathers and son will fight and kill each other.
Swords will clash and flesh will rip.
No man friend or foe will have mercy on each other.
No matter, the destruction and the lost. There will be no stoppage. Not until Eden is destroyed and the heavens belong to Seth.
