Current mood: energetic
So, my friend who has been a model for some time, Jill, showed me this guide after we went to a fitness competition. Just to watch it, not enter in it, lol. Anyways, the girls in it were so toned, (not overly buff like you'd imagine a fitness model to look.) They looked amazing in anything they wore - and it was amazing how strong they were!
I mean when they danced, they could hold themselves up off the floor with their arms for like 5 minutes without breaking a sweat, it was amazing. Made us both really wish we could get that fit and become fitness models. In fact, we got in for free - the lady at the door really wanted us to get in and see what it was about, so we had no seats. We stood watching the entire show until people left and we took their seats. So while we were standing with some of the girls competing, we felt so skinny, pale, and sickeningly weak standing next to these gorgeous toned, tanned, strong and healthy models.
We wondered why people want to be fashion models so bad, stick then and weak, instead of so healthy looking and strong, while still thin and toned. We wanted a flat stomach that when we flexed showed abs. We wanted arms and legs that looked really toned.
Well anyways, after the show, she got this guide. I don't know if she got it for free or paid for it. Either way, it's great. We're following the workout routines and advice. I don't really want to be a fitness model, I just want the body, lol. This was quite a while ago, and I have a copy that's been printed for me, I looked online so I could find the link and share it so here it is:
tiny.cc/dn6nc
If you want to check it out, you'll have to highlight, copy, and paste into a new browser, because of these new weird MySpace rules where they block outgoing links.
I think you probably have to pay to download it now, but they offer a refund so you can probably buy it and then request a refund before your 2 month trial is up.
Just thought I'd share ^__^
