Hi!

After years of wondering how to get one, I finally found out how to get a 3-year US work visa.
Not only have I now got one, but it's a top of the range 'O1' visa. This describes me as 'alien with extraordinary abilities'. In real English, I'm an artiste of international stature.

So, now I'm on the look out for US venues and festivals who book British acts and fly them over.
I know that lots of Americans are flown to Europe, so why not vice versa!?

I'm in New York City in July, doing my first fishing trip for work....

Let's see what happens...

Earl.

Hey, Earl, I always thought you were a bit alien, so it's cool to have official confirmation of that. ;-) Seriously, though, congratulations. I hope you'll find some paying gigs. Unfortunately, most of the stuff I get offered doesn't even pay you gas money to drive there, so I can't help out much on the ideas front.

You might try the Improv chain of comedy clubs, and any other clubs that have multiple venues that might possibly help split the fare load, though.

Hi Katyana!

I tried to send you a message reply, but you're set to AWAY.

Anyhow, the Web site that you need is...

http://www.tamizdat.com

However, they're mainly set up for MUSICIANS.
It's worth trying though.
You'll need lots of 'impressive' past work and maybe press crits...

Of-course, if it works, you have to spend an evening with me! ;-)

Earl.
