We started this band as an excuse to scream for a change. With TOGETHER we now have the opportunity to write about everything we love or hate, everything we support or reject. This is where political statements and emotional and personal feelings meet. The music is the vehicle we use to pass on the message. This song is about the hardcore scene. The feeling of Doing It Yourself is unbeatable. It isn’t always the easiest way but it’s totally worth it, at least to us. That’s why we adopted a DIY spirit on a daily basis. This album you have in your hands was done with love and dedication. We did it all – the packaging, the designs and the printings, the same goes for the CDs, stickers, patches and t-shirts – we’ve screen printed it ourselves. This critical attitude so characteristic, we got it from the zines we’ve read, the records we’ve listened to, the lyrics, the meals we’ve had, and the entire hardcore family was the biggest inspiration of all times.

Every single one of us makes mistakes. It’s part of living, part of learning, part of growing up.
Some mistakes are personal and affect only ourselves and/or our closest friends and family, but other mistakes can affect in a negative way someone in a third world country on the other side of the globe. Our actions can truly kill or change someone’s life forever. It’s important to be aware of it.
We need to properly analyze this kind of situations while learning with our mistakes. It leads us to some conclusions that will help us not to fail again.
The first step will be to admit that we’ve made a mistake. From there we can move on and totally forget about what happened or take a minute to stop and think about what, when and why we did the things we’ve done.
This system perpetuates exploitation at the costs of our daily mistakes and there’s not enough water to wash our hands from our dirty pasts… but we can try really hard not to make the same mistakes over and over again.
We have just one life, one chance, so we better do it right. Our freedom ends where other’s freedom begins. We just give our best in life while enjoying our time on Earth.

Life is changing all the time. We try to follow the rhythms of this Earth and live accordingly to the cycle of life and death. We’re young, strong and healthy. We dream aloud about a different world. We create these foundations where we can be ourselves and make things happen. We visualize what’s possible and we do it. Who dares might win, we’re ready to risk! This song is about freedom, about hope, about living our lives in a positive way. To experience our existences is a chance to know more, to absorb knowledge, to celebrate life, to dance and smile and shout and scream.
LOCKED UP – Addiction is obsession. Obsession is submission. In this men made hell everyone need psychological help. Surviving without going nuts it’s impossible, we all need escapisms. Lifeless body, rotten soul, living in this fucked up world. Surrounded by buildings it’s hard to breathe. No place to go, land covered in concrete. Pollution, dissolution, nowhere to hide. Green turn to grey and blue turn to black. (x2) Prisoner of my own addictions. Locked up in a cell of my own demise. Realize it now. It’s never too late to break these chains. Locked up is a song about civilization. We all live in urban areas but we’re aware of the ecological impact of these concrete jungles on the Natural World. We demand more than what this Planet can offer us. Oceans and rivers polluted, the air contaminated, the forests disappearing, the animals dying, that’s progress and technology turning the world into wastelands of despair. Where once were wild lands, now there are private properties. Material products are offered to the people and we all blindly consume. Work, buy and die – that’s the life this system wants us to live. The sense of community is lost, solidarity is something not common to see, money rules and greediness is a way to achieve more power, which is the main goal in the mind of the majority of the population. This fast life and this fast food poisons our bodies, kills our dreams and destroys our spirits. We feel like animals trapped in a cage but we know that this is no life and deep in our hearts we know that we’ll fight for better days until the end. Civilized addictions are hard to identify, and because of that, really hard to refuse. Television, computer, comfort, money, job, useless products are addictions which we see as “harmless” things. Some vices are disguised as social behaviors we don’t question like smoking, drinking coffee, drinking alcohol, taking legal and illegal drugs, consuming in a general way. We see all this as chains on our wrists and tight ropes around our necks. We try to see outside the box.
Capitalism declared war on Nature. Their empire is built upon the death and exploitation of their victims. It’s hard to stay sane in this mad world where people get addicted really easily and where obsession is something expected, leading to total submission. It’s hard to break free but it is possible. Questioning everything is the first step to start seeing things differently, from a new perspective that might help us to deal with our lives in a better way. We all strive to survive in this man made hell, though the scenery is not that liable but we must keep the faith and never lose heart. TOGETHER we can fight the power.
WHAT HAPPENED? – I’ve been out for a while, I know. But I promised I would come back. So why didn’t you wait for me? Why did you turn your back on me? And on the promises we had made? I thought we had something. I thought we believed in something. I thought your words meant something, so what the fuck happened now? I see you side by side to those you called the enemy, who destroyed the beautiful thing we had, the beautiful thing that we built. Look what they have done. Look how shallow and empty it is inside now. Nobody cares about anything anymore. It’s all about music and fashion. How can you be so different? How can you close your eyes now? Because they didn’t change. It wasn’t a mistake that they made and that they do regret it now, no. They are still doing the same thing. They are still murdering, consuming and feeding the machine. And they are doing the same inside so how can you be on their side? Now tell me what has changed? What happened to you? Because you know what? (x4) I’m still trying to make a difference. I’m still ready for revolution. I’m still trying to make a difference. I’m still burning inside and I’ll not cede.
A lot of things changed. The scene isn’t the same as it was back then. We’re not crying about it or make a big deal out of it, this is the future and we should mold ourselves to this reality because this is how it is now. Nowadays it’s easier to get into Hardcore, to get merch and cd’s from our favorite bands, to get t-shirts and accessories related to the struggles we support, to travel and go to gigs. There are more shows too, more bands, more kids, distros, labels, collectives and a lot of other things going on. Quantity isn’t the same as quality as we all know it.
Has a band we want to show, share and bring back the values we’ve grown up with. When we first got in touch with Hardcore there was a lot of DIY underground shows, lots of zines, political shirts, leaflets, debates, vegan picnics, collectives organizing a lot of different events like video screening, discussions, etc. We grew up together in the political and activist hardcore environment, which affected our daily basic choices such as what we eat, what we wear, what we think and how we act. Together is about sharing those experiences. The careless and apolitical environment isn't what we are looking for. Our aim is to bring back all the spirit that has been fulfilling us until today. This is music with a message, a message about revolution and never resigned easily closing our eyes. Together we stand.

We believe in love. We reject the fashionized and flirty scene, as we know it nowadays. We think we all should respect each other and always be honest with the others and ourselves. We try to be ourselves in our daily lives, with our friends and family, with our girlfriends and boyfriends, with our neighbors, at our jobs, in our everyday interactions with people in general.
The others deserve to know our intentions so they can have a choice.
Sincerity and Honesty are very important to achieve a healthy and strong relationship.
