I think the older you get the more you realize that you want someone to share your life with. The more you realize how comforting and lovely it is to have someone there for you on your team. The more you realize you want to be happy with someone else.

I know for certain that I'm that person I just described. As I'm reaching another birthday I feel like I'm mature enough now to have that relationship that I've been flirting with and craving for years.

It's time. It's time for love, dammit!! It's time for me to feel love and give it back in such a way that creates waves and moves mountains. In a way that moves birds to fly and moves the ground to shake. The kind of love that makes your head split!

Don't get me wrong, solitude is great. And sometimes needed. But, I'm just at that point where I'm needing someone to know me better than I know myself. Someone to violently argue with me. Someone to stand up against the world with me when I feel like I'm the only one. 

Is that asking to much?
