Current mood: thankful
To all my Myspace Friends, Just thought i'd share my crazy experience this weekend. So i was on my way to El Paso, Texas this saturday from LAX. I got on the plane, everything seemed normal. After 45 mins. of being on the Air, i heard what i thought i would never experience in my life! The stewardist announces: "Attention all Passengers, There seems to be a problem with the Fuel Tank, but we will have to do an emergency landing back in LA." For a moment i got scared and started praying. Then for a moment i started thinking how i have not done enough for the Lord, i didnt want to die yet. I felt like there is so much more that i could be doing for the Lord in this critical time that we are facing as a Nation. And it made me think of my life, and how sometimes we take it for granted. Then to make things worse, the stewardist announces: "In case that we have to evacuate the aircraft, please leave all of your belongings". At this point i got even more scared and told God "God give me another opportunity to serve you better, and to raise a family for you, i wouldnt want to cause any pain to my family if i died... And finally after a while, i was in peace. Just waiting for God's will. Although i felt a little scared, something deep in me told me everything will be ok. So we finally landed, and everything was fine. God took care of all of us! I feel like he gave me a second chance. Once again God shows me his awesomeness and faithfulness. Then after, you could imagine, everybody was going crazy trying to re-book their flights to get to their destination. I had to go to another airport (Ontario,CA) to be able to get to El Paso right in time for my concert. I literally just got out of the plane and went to the concert. It was a crazy day. I had only slept about 3 hours. But the Lord used me greatly, people recieved, and we won some souls for Christ! So here it is, just thought i'd share my crazy experience with the people that care for me and my ministry. Thank all of you for your love and support, and for lifting me up with your words. Sincerely, Jeannie
