Millions of men on planet earth are suffered from erectile dysfunction. No one really knows the exact number of them, but it is estimated that 10 - 20 percent of men suffered from erectile dysfunction once in their life time.

You will never get the exact number due to a factor which I call the shy factor. Every man in planet earth no matter what his culture, religion, or race is, maintain a pretty similar attitude to the erectile dysfunction problem. For a man, erection is a matter of dignity, his life depends on it.

Once a man suffered from erectile dysfunction, it's like the whole world is meaningless. His dignity is at stake and he will do anything to preserve it. The most common option to preserve his dignity is by hiding the problem.

Erectile dysfunction may actually have been an epidemic. No one can tell for sure, no man will clearly admit it. Announcing it is worse than just being forced to get naked in a public place.
