Laney is
excited to announce the European launch of the new PRISM range of digital
amplifiers.
Previewed at the Frankfurt Music Messe, PRISM amplifiers are digital amplifiers
with a difference - they do not simply take the sounds of an amplifier and
reproduce it, PRISM takes inspiration from combinations of amplifiers and
effects used to create classic guitar tone recordings and authentically
reproduces these to give the player inspirational building blocks to produce
truly stunning guitar tones.
The Prism range consists of three models the P20, P35 and P65. Each model
features, a HERO mode, a LIVE (WISYWIG) mode, 4 user channels, and up to 22
tone spectrums, plus a heap of studio quality programmable MULTI FX.

Cub
Laney is delighted to announce the European launch of the new CUB range
of tube amplifiers.
The CUB range offers the player a very traditional looking and sounding small
amp package, born out of Laney's 40 plus years’ heritage of building tube amps.
The CUB 8 and CUB 10 are classic tone machines.
The
single ended Class A CUB 8 features an 8" Celestion driver and produces 5
watts RMS of classic tube tone from a single 6V6GT equipped power section. Its
straight-ahead pre amp consists of Tone & Volume and is loaded with a
single ECC83 pre amp tube. The CUB 8 houses an extension speaker socket on the
rear panel so it can be used to drive a larger speaker should you want to.
The Class A/B CUB 10 is the bigger sibling of the CUB 8 and features a 10"
Custom Celestion driver and a pair of 6V6GT's in the output section. The ECC83
equipped pre amp houses Tone and Volume like the CUB 8 but with the addition of
an extra Gain control. Capable of producing a wide range of tube tone the CUB
10 houses an extension speaker socket on the rear panel – Hook up a 4x12
cabinet for an amazing live rig.
