Hello everyone, its certainly been a while!!!!I did post a blog up, except for some unknown reason it hasn't come up onto my page.......*grumble* but oh well, just gives me an excuse to dash  off another one!!

Have now fully moved into Bristol - its ok, have had a little bit of trouble settling in, but now I've got on with life as a postgrad, its all not so bad :D Also,  have found out that there are music practise rooms available, something I never found in Birmingham, which means that I should be able to do the vocals up here! I'm looking forward to getting the othere songs done, as well as having the oppurtunity to redo parts of the 3 demos that are up, as well as finally being able to mix the whole things properly.

I've been really too relaxed about this page and various Event Horizon things recently, something I'm actually quite annoyed about, but oh well. Now that I've got all the instruments done its no so bad. The mix is never going to be completely perfect, but there you go. The point is that, in the music itself, the amount of effort put in can be heard. I really went to great lengths to make sure the chords sounded exciting, the edition of extra notes here and there made the whole thing sound the extra bit better. 1 extra note in a chord really can make a difference (as can a church organ, several string parts and a big piano section that almost sounds like Beethoven lol! - all done on the keyboard of course).

Anyways, in the next few weeks activity is going to be steeped up a notch - I really want to get some banners done of all sizes, with artwork displayed on them - if theres anyone that wants to help promote Event Horizon, I'm going to stick the codes up for that. Then once the album is done, I really want to get a small amount of merchandise produced - just a few T-Shirts, stuff like that.  I've got big plans that I intend to realise. Then of course there is the ultimate quest - getting a band together. Am hoping I can find the right people in Bristol!

If there is anyone that wants to help promote,  even anyone that is a budding filmographer and college/university and would like to use an Event Horizon song for a video, please do not hesitate to get in touch!!! (I know, sounds a bit crazy, but I'm allowed to dream arn't I?!)
