which is why you should come with me to a “Tea Party”
demonstration at the Village Green in Summit on Friday, July 3rd. Bet you have off of work already, and what
better way to begin America's birthday weekend than to raise our voices in
protest of the policies, agendas, and attitudes that are killing our homeland
more quickly by the day. I don’t feel it
should be necessary to explain that position any further...but it would appear
that I am going to!
I will be heading out there, following a bike run from the
Great Notch…American flag flying proudly on my truck. Kickstands up, and my foot on the GO TIME!
pedal at 2:00. Demonstration is from
3-6. This is not a partisan demonstration,
but a protest against the entire direction we find ourselves being dragged in
by the LEADERS OF THE WEAK AND MEAK WHO HAVE HIJACKED OUR COUNTRY. I take particular interest in hearing the
Libertarian candidate for NJ Governor speak.
I’ve got other things to DO besides struggle to show you
that if we don’t raise our voices REALLY LOUD quick, this country is
fucked. No apologies for my
language. It is what it is. Suffer it silently upon yourself, and starve
to death in bondage. Nothing about having
that cartoon etched on my tombstone has any appeal to me.
I AM GOING OUT ON THE EVE OF THE 233RD BIRTHDAY OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO SCREAM THAT I DO NOT WANT HER TO DIE, AND NEITHER
WILL I DIE WITH THE HANDS OF HER SLAVEMASTERS AROUND MY THROAT!!!.
If you truly love your country, I hope that you will
consider joining me for a few hours of the day that you only have off because
of those who died for the FREEDOM and CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA that we so silently squander.
If you can get past the fact that I am STOMPING PISSED for
good reason, but not specifically angry at any of you, I hope you’ll check out
the website for New
Jersey Citizens for Liberty, who are running the show on Friday. At the demonstration, you will also be
encouraged to sign a scroll with a Declaration of Grievances (below). This scroll will be forwarded to Washington…and
suddenly, your voice just became a little LOUDER!.
Wanna think what this is all about? Not just Friday. Not just the Fourth of July. This is about the Life and Death of Freedom
and Liberty in the United States of America.
Please at least take a few minutes to read what I will be signing my
name to on Friday afternoon, and know that I NEVER sign my name to anything
that I consider to be a falsehood, in any form.
I can no longer nap while my own heart and soul is stifled.
I do not expect all of you to jump on this opportunity, nor
do I would I ever expect my friends to move when I say. However, should you find yourself in
agreement with my sentiments, I would be tremendously appreciative if you were
to repost this bulletin in its entirety…or WRITE, SPEAK, AND DO ALL THAT YOU
KNOW IS RIGHT in your own way…a way that makes you and everyone around you
STRONGER!.
To have even one of you join me would be an honor. Not much room in the truck, but plenty of
room in the bed.
With absolute sincerity,
Brian S. Arnesman.
PS: I told you at I WILL get involved with politics. With tremendous PRIDE, I will not tell a lie.

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS band – “Marines’
Hymn”
Should have used MySpaz instead of Jerkfacebook, huh? The fact that you may not hear or see this
must not overshadow my longstanding statement that I would proudly offer my
Life in defense and appreciation of the values the men and women who serve and
have served in our military for the defense of Freedom, Country, and Self. I need not be a Marine to uphold these
standards to the highest level I am capable of…knowing that Death is neither a
measure of success nor failure, but purely one of the sacrifice I offer in
place of the sacrifices which we will all suffer should we look upon our Rights
in deference to an oppressive and domineering government.
....
The following has already been forwarded to Washington along
with the signatures of thousands of Citizens from around the Country. I may only be one more voice…one more
signature…but at least I will rest peacefully knowing that I have risen up for
myself and all that I love.
========================================....
Declaration of Grievances
WHEREAS we, as Americans, resolutely and conclusively
believe that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator
with certain unalienable Rights, and that among these are Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of Happiness;
WHEREAS we, as Americans, resolutely and conclusively believe
that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed;
WHEREAS we, as Americans, resolutely and conclusively
believe that the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of 1787, and the
Bill of Rights, were adopted and ratified to limit and constrain the power of
the Government of the United States of American so as to secure and maximize
the Liberty of the People and the sovereignty of the States;
WHEREAS we, as Americans, resolutely and conclusively
believe that the Government of the United States of America has become
destructive to these ends, and has embarked upon a long train of abuses and
usurpations, resulting in the unlawful and unjustified encroachment upon the
Liberty of the People and the sovereignty of the States;
WE HEREBY PETITION THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND
DEMAND REDRESS OF THE FOLLOWING GRIEVANCES:
The Government has, by unlawfully expanding its powers
beyond those enumerated and prescribed by our founding documents, fomented and
encouraged factions and disputes among and between the People of the United
States.
The Government has, by adopting an inequitable, confiscatory
income tax, fomented and encouraged factions and disputes among and between the
People.
The Government has, through its own incompetence and
corruption, created a fiscal crisis, and then has used its crisis as false
justification for passage of legislation and regulations designed and intended
to further and advance the Government’s power.
The Government has, through its adoption of Social Security,
Medicare, and Medicaid, imposed upon the People of the United States a unfunded
obligation in excess of $50 Trillion, thus rendering our country insolvent, and
threatening the very safety and security of each of us.
The Government has, in addition thereto, imposed upon the
people an obligation to repay a national debt, financed by bonds sold to other
nations, in excess of $3 Trillion.
The Government has adopted destructive policies of spending,
borrowing, and printing currency, all of which become the obligation of all
Americans, including our children who are not yet born.
The Government has imposed socialism through its purchase of
the predominant entities in the Automobile Industry and Financial Sector, and
financed this unlawful intrusion into the free markets of the United States,
through its inequitable, confiscatory tax code.
We have previously petitioned the Government of the United
States for Redress: Our Petitions were answered with the ridicule of the
President of the United States, the Speaker of the House of Representatives,
and other elected officials of the government of the United States. A Government which ridicules those who come
forward with grievances is unfit to govern a free people.
We once again demand that the Government of the United
States of America take all action necessary to protect the Liberty of the
people and the sovereignty of the States, including without limitation:
1. Repeal of the 16th
Amendment and replacement of the Federal Income Tax with a more fair and
equitable tax in which each and every American contributes, and thus has an
interest in demanding a limited and efficient federal government.
2. Passage of a balanced-budget
amendment.
3. Passage of a
Constitutional Amendment granting the president a line-item veto.
4. Passage of a
Constitutional Amendment requiring a two-thirds vote of the House and Senate
for any tax increases.
5. Passage of a
Constitutional Amendment prohibiting wage and price controls.
6. Passage of HR
1207, which calls for an audit of the Federal Reserve.
7. Evaluation of each
and every federal department and agency to determine whether its existence is authorized
by the Constitution, as informed by the Declaration of Independence, the Bill
of Rights, and the Founder’s intent, and the dissolution of ally such
departments and agencies not so authorized.
