Wow! You are amazing. I wish my brother was here for me to show him this. He liked your song Revolution & I have now started to listen to your music. I like the analogy you made about cleaning your soul more than once a week. We bathe every day, so to cleanse our souls every day, shouldn't be a task. Just wanted to give you a big AMEN! Keep the word flowing. Peace!

..Hi Kirk, i listened to your blog, and i feel u. We as women will never understand it, but submission in the love of Christ is something women have a hard time doing, especially with society telling us how we are miss independent, 'she's got her own' 'what's love got to do with it' etc... we have gotten away from the word of God...period. I'm not currently married, but i was, and when i was i gave it 2000 percent, but as u stated men have to take accountability for their weakeness, and u can't make them. But when they have something good they don't want to let it go, but they can't seem to let go of the fleshly wants either. but u do have women who won't take care of home first so they rome.  my man wouldn't have that much time away from me (sorry) and i not know something is wrong, i would know in an extra hour. This is my take on it...if we marry Christ first, we won't have to worry about the earthly marriage, it may not be perfect, but the perfection would be in the comittment.  Holla! ..  Felicia..

Thank you for addressing both sides of the situation. I truly love and appreciate you in the Lord especially for your candidness on this particular topic. God is truly blessing you and those in your immediate and extended family. Please let us know when your book will be released to the stores for us to purchase, read and experience. I am overflowing with emotion right now because you have touched my spirit because now I have an added understanding of the male experience. Thank you for agreeing to be a vessel for the kingdom and a blessing for all who are not afraid to listen.

......

After listening to your blog on myspace.com, you are speaking the Word of Truth for all married couples in the Lord.  I once was married and I had a problem with anger and his problem was with money.  It was a struggle, all of my children are not his.  We only share a fifteen year teen.  After our divorce my son who is not his was hurt and very angry, becaues he had known my ex-husband since the age of two and my eldest child (24 years of age) since the age of five.  It was difficult but God kept me in his hands.  And I am still here to be a witness of what God can do if we remain faithful to him.  May God continually keep you and Sis Tammy daily with His benefits.

..Perhaps, as the church globally, we need to talk about it a little more! From the pulpit, thru by our music, and to the street...we need to talk more about this sex thing and then help each other man up & woman up! And you are right, Kirk, it hurts to see what is happening! And it is scary! ........I commend you, man! Much love & an abundance of blessings to you & yours.....

I could say so many things but you already know that men and women need to continue to hear this message... Take television it is blowing up sex like its nothing, everybody cheating, lying, divorcing... Families are falling apart because of the issues with our flesh. You are right women are just as at fault....Ladies do your part... This is what we need in the world being real and underlining it with the word....Thank you Kirk...

HA HA HA... Oh I feel Ya Kirk,

Well said...these words need to be spoken. They need to be heard.
In this accountability thing...let's consider others more important than ourselves.
Let's attach the same value to people that God attaches to them.
Let's stop trying to do eye surgery on others to get the speck of dust out their eye when we got huge tree trunks in our own.  Stop Judging folks. Only god is in position to judge accurately and fairly.
Last but not least...Let there be REAL LOVE for the brethren ( and sistern)  When they hurt, I hurt.
When they rejoice I rejoice.  We are one body and we are connected like that.
Sorry Kirk, Im not preachin ( Oh yes I am)... I'm just sayin...
Thanks for the words.
Love you. Stay strong in God who is your strength.

..what you said is so true and we all men and women need to remember to do our part in the home.  as a wife of a husband who hasn't been going to church, it is hard to come home from church and put that blame on him, but I am slowly learning to walk in the house in prayer and go to my husband and we stand together and pray.  I know that thing will work out, and I just thank you for your word.  I can't wait for your book to come out.  ..

We are role inspiration whether we want to be or not.  It is just a matter of whether our actions inspire others to do wrong or right?

OH Kirk... I love you man. In your music and in person, you keep it real. And that's SOOO important.  You step out there and put your faults out there and just be you. And that's so important for people to see a REAL person as a role model. You screwed up in your day and you tell us about it.  You make good choices, you tell us about it.
Bless you man. I love you :)
