Hello and welcome to the new, retooled, Jason & The Scorchers MySpace page. There is a lot going on in the world of JATS at the moment starting with a new CD entitled ‘Halcyon Times’ which will be released in February 2010. The new album features fourteen new tracks from the band, which now includes Al Collins on bass and Pontus Snibb on drums, along with myself on guitar and Jason on the vocal duties. Danny Baird also appears as a fifth Scorcher handling acoustic and second guitar duties. We are more excited than we’ve been for a long time at the prospect of putting out a new CD. We have tried very hard to make a bold step forward, while maintaining a healthy respect for the past. We sure hope every one likes it. There are a couple of new tracks here on the site. Please enjoy! Speaking of the site again thanks to Pontus’ girlfriend Mia for doing such a wonderful job giving this page a new lick of paint.
