"Carrie" is one of the most beautiful lyrical songs, that I've ever written because of the incredible impact that it can bring to a person that is broken because of life and the way to change it into a positive and real way. This song its about the life of a woman named "Carrie" (fictional character) which is trying to take her life away, because of pain, memories of the past that are dark and cruel and because she doesn't know why to live any more.

I explain in this song all the things a person with this kind of pressure can go through when they think about taking their life away. I also explained the positive side of the song, which in the bridge and in the chorus, it says "You will find your way again" describing that if you search for that light, if you search for the truth in life, GOD! the one that gave that to you, a gift no one but him, is suppose to take away from you, then, you will find your way again.

The bridge is the actual soul of this song. "Your past was just so cold and just so full of darkness and pain, I will tell you girl, that there’s only one hope for you today, and that is to seek your lord God, and that is to seek that bright light,
the one that will keep you safe, the one that will give you length, trust me girl, you’ll find your peace again" that peace can be found just like this bridge says it in here, the only right way is to follow it.

I admire people like the ones from "Holding of Wrist", "Open Your Eyes," "To Write Love on Her Arms," and others that want to help make this world a better place for us humans. You won't find people like that in the corner or in the club, but in the right places, like church. In church you will find people that care; they care about you no matter the color, race or disease, THEY CARE! That is why I express to "Carrie" that the best way to change her life is to seek her lord GOD! If she gets him in her heart, THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS! If she believes that Jesus Christ is her savior, THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS!

This song might not be a worship song, but it is for those who need the message, and it is a powerful message that I think will change lives forever, and that is what I would like to accomplish with you, the one that listens always to different kinds of music. I hope one day I get the chance to change your life with my lyrics and music, just like I did for a character named "Carrie" which it could be you.

Angel, I already told you what a beautiful song this is.  I cried the first time I listened to it.  I can almost put myself in the place of "Carrie" I've been there, I've been on the verge of breaking down.  But I do know that God only gives me what I can handle, sometimes I wish he didn't trust me so much but I know I can make it through any obstacle.  This song reminds me of a time when I knew God was out there but I was sure whether to believe it, I time where I still have scars from, a time, I never want to go back to.  So this song was truly something special to me.  You are such a great person Angel and I love you.  Keep writing and keep singing because not only am I listening but so is God.

So, i've listened  this song , many times, and i think you did a great job because many people are starting to hate their lives due to their sufferings, but there is hope "....there’s only one hope for you today, and that is to seek your lord God, and that is to seek that bright light" . ..Great lyrics, and may God bless you in writing more and more songs for Him. ..
