Due to various personal reasons and time constraints, A Perfect Failure has decided to split. This split is an amicable one and there is no bad blood between any of us. We would like to thank all those who have supported us throughout the years; coming to shows, buying merchandise, and expressing interest in our music. Your support meant a great deal to us.

We shall still be releasing the free EP as planned; our final departing work. We are just now finishing up the mixing process and it should be available shortly.

As for other projects in which members are involved, Josh has recently joined a yet unnamed band as vocalist which will be sure to be playing shows actively in the near future.

We will have two final shows, the one on the 22nd of this month which we have advertised, and another yet to be determined which will be located in Ypsilanti.

Thanks again to all of our supporters; it has been a great three and a half years.
