In response to a bunch of emails from you folks, we've put up the Low song "Just Like Christmas" here, from their Christmas album from 1999. You can buy the whole album, directly from the band on their website: chairkickers.com. Just go to the "store" section of the site and there it is.

Here's the full track listing for Christmas:

1. Just Like Christmas
2. Long Way Around the Sea
3. Little Drummer Boy
4. If You Were Born Today
5. Blue Christmas
6. Silent Night
7. Taking Down the Tree
8. One Special Gift

Been a staple at our house on the 25th for the last 5 years....highly recommended.

It beats what's in second place:

Variety shows, Boney M, Stars on Ice, endless sitcom Xmas specials, mind numbing Xmas movies with predictable endings, overeating, passing out at 3 o'clock...anyway, Xmas is for the children anda great chance to spend some time with the loved ones. The amount of waste this time of year is unbelievable

I still I wish I had my ChairKickers@AOL.com email address.

Long live Low, you guys really saved my life in some of those harder chapters that I couldn't trudge through on my own.

In a "lifetime of temporary relief" state, so to speak, this is the stuff we all hope for, but seldom find.

Thanks again you guys,

Erik

i just love this cd, listen to it quite often i have seen the chairkicker tour in cleveland when i was living in columbus, we drove to cleveland to some ballroom to see if thousands and haley bonar and alan, and we have seen them in austin where we live now, and i recently got to see them on my b day this past october and i asked mimi for their set list and she gave it to me, ONE of the most awesome gifts i have ever received, yeah i like them just that much.....i feel like when they are singing, that if the world ended right now, i would die happy....at perfect bliss hearing them sing and play.....i was apprehensive when zach was replaced but i saw them at the parish in austin with matt and yeah....they are still low cool..... my fave cover song by low is i started a joke, they rock. a fan, sher
