Well its that time again.  The Spring TT races are being held in Peoria today.  Its an annual thing with the bigger race being held in August.  Anyway, I belong to the Peoria Motorcyle Club and I get hooked into working this event every year.  However, for this particular race, I have decided to watch the race instead of working it.

There are hundreds of bikers all over town this weekend from just about everywhere you can imagine.  We did the Poker Run yesterday which was sponsored by Walter Brothers Harlye Davidson.  That was fun.  There was also another run on Friday.

So, if you happen to be in the Peoria area today, come on out to the races and have some fun.  Admission is only 10.00 and you might even get your tickets cheaper if you swing by and pick them up from the Harley shop.

I'll be there, so come on out and say HI!

Hi Dariana, I rode over to Peoria this Saturday (Aug. 20, 2006) for the Outlaws at the riverfront. It was a very nice party. Were you there?  Gary

As a matter of fact I was.  Wasn't it crowded?  What a weekend huh.  I think the radio said we had like 2500 extras in town with all the bikers.  We walked over to Maxim's and hung out a bit.  Got to the race early on Sunday to help set up.  What a great weekend and the weather was perfect!  Hey, I may have saw you and not even known!  :-)

hey Lady I grew up there and miss it at times...........this would be one of 'em.............ohhhhh well....life does go on.......I have been runnin' from that town for as long as I can remember..(still a little vague for me also!!).......?? been a long time but I still miss a few........you know Randy Shoff??? he's been an electrician for years....tell him I love him and I'm ok......and I will always miss my home on Taylor Rd.!!! there were very few who did not know "Aunt Jane!!"
