The weather is changing here in NYC and that means it's almost time to go into the studio! Before long I'll be making the twenty block trek from my apartment to the studio with my guitars on my back. Through Time Sq., past Madison Sq. Garden, on down Fashion Avenue...I know the walk to the studio well. I can't wait!
Unfortunantly yesterdays rehearsal was cancelled--my bass player called me from bed with a fever. I spent my morning hours at Dunkin Donuts finishing a song called "A Couple Of Fools". I was really excited about bringing it to life for the first time at rehearsal, but I'll just have to be patient. I am 100% sure that "A Couple Of Fools" will make the e.p, it just might be my new fav. With that being said, I have decided on four of the five tracks--three other songs are contending for the #5 spot. Will it be "Juggling Wolves", "Shoop De Wally", or "Paper Thin Feeling"? I guess I'll just have to wait until the next rehearsal to find out. If I had the money I would record and put out all these mothers!
