Goals as a Company:

Our main focus is on the creation and production, until the overall finished product, of the screenplays based on “Mike and Eddie”. However, the expansion of the company, in the long run, is to obviously focus on more ideas of characters and/or stories from like minded individuals that represent the company. FuzzTraks© represents the embodiment of; Life, Love, Giving, Caring, Humor, Respect, Sarcasm, Cleverness, Reasonability, and Spirit of the Human Being into a solid foundation, well organized, well financed, and professional collaboration of individuals creating the company as it is.

Steps for Success

1. Get a creative well organized workforce of individuals to perform certain duties required for the company to reach its goals.
2.  Organization: within communication, contracts, writing, meetings, deadlines, finances, property, business, investments, research, and proper documentation etiquette.
3. Friendliness and Professionalism; respect for one another, properly express problems, concerns, ideas, disagreements, and other things that could create an issue if not take care of properly and professionally. Uphold with the Law of Business and Country as well as State. (No Substance Abuse or being Under the Influence of anything illegal or un-prescribed while before/after/or while working; Exception is Alcohol, if of age. However, not while working.)

1.      Write Nine well thought out, original, and humorous skit-web-plays to be filmed and aired online. (Write: Script, Character Sheet, Contact info for cast and crew, Synopsis)

2.      Create Screen Shots and/or Storyboard for skits, while in process of pre-production.

3.      Film first three skit-web-plays

4.      Edit filmed material with soundtrack

5.      Pre-release skit-web-plays online with “Amazing Marketing”

6.      Release one skit-web-play at a time

7.      Create a fan base online for Skit-web-plays

8.      Talk to the public about what was liked, disliked, remembered, and if they would ever pay money to view such material on a larger scale of production. (Marketing Research)

9.      Learn from the fans and create with the same passion and intensity as before with a better outcome to the masses.

1. Originality, collaboration with different minds to create variety and substance, creativity, and “Professionalism and Dedication”
2. Talk to the public. Find out what’s “hot” who likes what and why. What makes certain films successful? Why do people enjoy them as much as they do, how can we intertwine that into an original idea?
3. Research our own ideas! Ask friends, family, co-workers, students, strangers, acquaintances, anyone and everyone what they think about a certain idea or part of a film/skit. Do they like it? Is it entertaining? Would they watch something like that? What would they keep or change if they had the power to?  What was the best part of the idea?
4. Never lose interest or motivation (Can’t stress this enough)
5. Expect a lot of time and energy to be exhausted into this company (You have to Love what you do)
6. Always keep your confidence but never allow it turn to arrogance, you can always develop and grow as an artist and professional. There is always someone out there that can do the work twice as well as you, remember that and use it to make you never stop learning, creating, growing, and caring for the company and its people.

1. Always take initiative for whatever you are doing or any idea that may come up. Make sure you are always letting the “other guy” know what needs to be done and how you are contributing to that “being done” ,ask what they are doing on their end to make sure the task is completed, and expect the same from them as well.
2. Always treat the company as a Multi-Million dollar powerhouse and that’s what it shall become. Never slack off and feel that all your hard work is pointless or unrecognized.
3. Always bring a positive attitude to the table. Yes everyone has problems, and if you need someone to talk to we are here to help you through it. However, don’t bring negativity or discomfort to the people or company with unresolved life issues.
4. Be productive and do what is required of you. If you commit to something make sure you follow it through and don’t not finish, or just give up simply, because you didn’t take your role or deadline seriously.  That’s not being professional and will be rewarded with a “thank you for your prior accomplishments however”; we don’t need individuals of that nature. (Again, things happen in day to day life just make sure it is brought to the attention of the people in the project and there is no one person unaware of the situation.)
5. Love what you do and always recognize the big things and small things that people do to make this company successful and always acknowledge them for their efforts.
