Peace Family,

We would like to announce the release of the Spring 2008 "Heaven on Earth" series, which coincides with our brand philosophy, "Live to change something".

In our humble opinion, above all else, the SELF should be our first challenge.

With that idea in mind we created two designs that are inspired by the idea of self evaluation and change: "Paradise" & "... in the name of"

"... in the name of": Inspired by Rage Against The Machine’s song titled "Killing in the Name Of..", this design concept reflects our need to question what we’ve been taught. All to often, throughout history and in the present, world conflict has been justified or fueled in the name of religion. People fighting over whose "god" is the "real god", or who is the chosen, or the true people of god. Missionaries labeled people to be heathens, which justified the subjectification, destruction and enslavement of many cultures. We can see these teachings actively repeated in the global conflicts of today. Its time to make a change in the ways of the world.

"Paradise" is a call to self enlightenment. We all have dreams and aspirations to become better people to establish a state of paradise and reap a reward for the way we ultimately live our lives. We believe there is more than one way to reach a heavenly state of being, and that the first step is to make the necessary adjustments within self.

We must become the change we wish to see in the world.
