Cooking demos, Wine Seminars and more than 100 wines to sample at Euphoria’s Tasting Showcase

Sip. Sample. Taste. And learn how they do what they do. Euphoria, one of the South’s premier food, wine & music festivals hosted annually in Greenville, SC, will host a Tasting Showcase on Saturday afternoon where acclaimed chefs, local culinary stars and master sommeliers will sharing insights on their craft through seminars and culinary demonstrations complemented with live musical performances from Edwin McCainand Doug Jones. The Tasting Showcase will feature:

* 1:45 pm - Kent and Kevin Rathbun; Kent Rathbun, (Abacus & Jaspers, Dallas, Tx); Kevin Rathbun, (Rathbun’s, Kevin Rathbun Steak, & Krog Bar, Atlanta, Ga)

* 3:00 pm – Doug Jones joins David Guas, Pastry (Bayou Bakery, Alexandria, Va)
