Current mood: catalyzed
On Sunday, October 4th, Audiosyncracy will celebrate ten years of spinning the finest in contemporary instrumental music! Ten yesrs! Can you believe it? In October, 1999, the station took a chance and let me do what I'd been bugging them to do for ages and Audiosyncracy was born with 100 (ish) cds of my own. Now, the library is easily over 1,000 CDs and we're going to go diving next week!
The station has given me two hours (early start: 10 pm Mountain) and, for once, I get to preempt HOS, instead of the other way around! In those two hours, we'll be celebrating the very best music of our first decade and this is where you come in!
I'm inviting artists (and fans too, if you're so inclined) to create short little audio clips I can include in the show next week. I don't care how long they are, whether they're funny or not, produced or not. Just record a small audio clip of whatever you're moved to say and email an mp3 (preferably) to audiosynpodcast at gmail dot com. I'll try to get music from everyone who sends one into the show.
I hope you'll send me something.
...and you know who you are!
