I found out by accident just before Christmas that my Landlord was being taken to Court by his Mortgage Company and that they were "Seeking Possession" of the house I rent from him.
He denied this when I asked him but to cut a long story short he charges way too much rent for a property with no Double Glazing, leaking Water Pipes, leaking Roof, faulty electrics and worst of all no Gas Safety Certificate. If we have needed repairs we have had to foot the bill and organise them ourselves.
Anyway, Friday I will be moving so I will be offline for about a week
