Tara has been invited to join BK3 on the eastern swing of their upcoming tour starting on May 29th. She will be appearing with the group through June 6th.  BK3 is the Bill Kreutzmann Trio.  Bill Kreutzmann is a drummer and a founding member of the Grateful Dead.  He played with the band for their entire 30 year career.  Joining Bill is James "Hutch" Hutchinson on bass (bass with Bonnie Raitt), and Scott Murwaski on guitar (of Max Creek).

Have fun Tara!I have been a long time fan of your beautiful voice.I saw the buffalo/with Jim Lauderdale years ago at the Red devils lounge in S.F and in Berkeley.You guys tore it up!At the Ashkenas your set peaked more than any set I have ever seen.Everyone around me was looking at each other with an expression that said I can't dance any harder than this!LOL DTB is like fine wine,your getting better and better.Thanks for all the listening pleasure!Much love and respect from Cali. No way! I saw BK3 when they came through Denver recently and it was kick ass!!! I sure hope we get to see this new lineup. Hutch has some big shoes to fill - Oteil Burbridge really wowed the crowd. How exciting - Tara with Billy K and Scott - I can't wait! p.s. I just saw Bill last Thursday & Saturday and he is on fire! p.p.s. We need Donna the Buffalo to come back to Denver again soon - Thanks for the 2 nights last fall - so how about 2 more?????
