A very similar bill is going through the British Parliament at the moment with the same consequences for downloaders.  What a bunch of fools our "leaders" are, simply appeasing the money making film and music industries.  There is an on-line petition against the bill but signing it is like saying "I download, please cut me off". so much for democracy.  Yet another erosion of civil liberties.  Rally to the call fellow Bastards.
