The inititial inspiration for Kid Kyle was born years ago. I was at a friends house, it was 2am, and I was stoned out of my gobb. We flipped on the tube and ended up on the local t.v. station Cat t.v. There was a show called "Science with Kyle." Kyle was about 8 years old and he loved science. He also could not pronounce his r's, so whenever he did something, he said "Its science, wight!" We found it to be pretty hilarious in our sleep deprived, inebriated state.

my little brother is 8.  8 and a half.  he has a lisp.  he calls me "kwis" or "kwisteen".  i just want to eat him every time he says it.  kids are cool.  he's just like me too though, being a virgo and all, he likes to build things, and organize things repetitively... OCD, it's got to run in my family, or at least in my zodiac.  i wish sometimes that there were more people like me to appreciate these little nuances of life.  i see that you do.  thanks brian, just for existing and loving the simplistic nature of life.  it can be so much easier than we all make it.
