Hey y'all,

couple things:

1.  we're playing a benefit for the Alabama Birth Coalition, who are locked in a mortal struggle to the death with the state of Alabama over the illegality of midwifin' in this state.  this benefit, along with tryin to raise a few bucks to help em out, is also about raising awareness on this issue.  this is, in fact, a struggle that my own mother went through in the early 70's in alabama.  clearly they tanked.  hopefully round two will go a little better, with your help.  so please come on down and get some knowledge on this, what you can do to help straighten it out.  here's the particulars:
