Thank you to everybody who turned up to the show in Bell, Book & Candle..Calvin Johnson played a captivating set ..i found myself manys a time while he played and told stories .stareing at him ..it was the shock of the whole thing..him being there and also the fact that he is such a very charismatic man .. and one of the most genuine and lovely performers i have come accross.

Before Calvin Johnson ,, the excellent So Cow took the platform and overwhelmed us with his knack for catchy songs and mesmerising riffs..
I have never not been entertained by him..also one of the best albums of the year.and if that wasnt enuff if only we had known 3 years previously when So Cow was playing a bookshop show and wearing a Beat Happening t-shirt ..that the circle would come complete..would we have believed it?

The merch desk at the gig..had me drooling..
Stitchy Press the people i had organised the show with have a fantastic array of goodies to there name..and on this occasion on the table various vinyls, comics fanzines, handmade books, badges all beautifully different ..lay along side Calvins merch of many eclectic mix tapes, vinyls of his and other bands on k.stickers just.so much to see i was in heaven.

Hopefully in a couple of months we will be doing more with Stitchy press.

All in all it was a day i wont forget in a hurry.
