I just got back from and wonderul and FAR too short camping trip with Jess in the Huachuica mountins in SE Arizona.

We are all just so blessed to live here, and I know that I strive to make my actions reflective of my gratitude...to turn my actions into thankful prayers, I suppose. I still use too much water, but all I can do is improve!

As beautiful as it is, anyone who has been down there can attest to the oppressive reality of the Border Patrol. I mean *I* find it oppressive and I am an American Citizen and white. Being in that environment, where everything is wild and free and perfect just as it is, I just don't understand what we're fighting against.

Here's to 100 degree + weather! Wear your sunscreen!
