Hi there
Well, I'm keeping my usual low profile this summer. I'll be doing just one festival and that is the Dublin International Ukulele Festival on August 16th. It's in Temple Bar and there is a great lineup-see here ukulelehooley .

I'm also happy to say that the vid for "Comfort Me" (dir.Barry Richardson) is now YouTubeable. See it here. On a connected matter I should mention that I have written some music  for Barry's new short "Lost and Found", some of which I will post here soon.

In other news "Comfort Me", the little song that could, continues to work it's way around the world. It's included on the Futuresounds 33 compilation clich here to see! . Past artists have included Bonnie "Prince" Billy, Cat Power and Gnarls Barkley if you don't mind.

Also, "Comfort Me" turns up in Emmet O' Malley's short film "The Ukulele Method" which is kind of fitting. More details on that soon.

Aside from that, I'm working on a little project. It's about magpies, or rather for magpies. They are beautiful creatures and very much maligned.
