It seems that people are bothered
from someone staring,
they seem scared,
and get upset
if one continues to stare
looking in their direction
they look over their shoulders
wondering if the watcher
isnt noticing something behind them
they try moving
changing position
thinking that will help
they become uncomfortable
as they make quick looks to the looker
trying not to be obvious
they get shaken
by two beedy eyes
following them
they travel around the room
making faces
and whispering to friends
--they cant just ask the watcher to stop
they continue with their worried glances
and now theyre watching the watcher
with their eyes down
but with quick glances
they view their oppressor
until finally
shaken and bewildered
they approach
with a can of mace in one hand
and a frown blaring across their face
they approaching
with not a question
but a command
"STOP LOOKING AT ME"
and humbly the watcher replies
"I would, but you have a booger hanging out your nose"
--so again I have to ask, why are they bothered by a starer
