Hi this is Jack Griffle. I am going to try my hand at a blog entry again!!!! Today (or Wednesday the 23rd I should say) I went to the Pirate Cat Radio and got interviewed by Stoo Odom with Tippy Canoe to publicize our show tonight. Tippy Canoe has such a beautiful voice and she is so talented. We learned the difference between a ukulele and a ukelele. The difference is how you spell it. Ok, anyway. Stoo went to school in Hattiesburg and I just got back from MS myself where I bicycled the Natchez Trace, so we had stuff to talk about. And they played songs and Tippy even played and sang live in the studio. She is amazing. And the studio is beautiful it is in a little coffee shop. Except they weren't making any coffee there, they were just open for the radio station. Anyway, so tonight we played at 12 Galaxies and Brad fell off his drums just before "Robt E Lee," but that wasn't what I wanted to tell you about. I wanted to tell you that we just played our best "Louisiana" ever. It was great. And I love the sound person Lindsey she did a great great great job. Of course we were really loud but that's the Griffles for ya.
