St Patrick's Day in Norwich w/ Emily Barker

We
will be spending St Patrick's Day (17th March) in Norwich this year
with Emily Barker. Alex and Dale will be traveling up from London to
play this show.

Emily is a singer-songwriter hailing from
Western Australia. She has supported Jose Gonzalez, The Waifs, Mary
Gauthier, Michelle Shocked and Frank Turner, and her track 'Nostalgia'
was recently used as title & end credits music for Wallander- the
BBC1 drama starring Kenneth Branagh.
For this show she will be
accompanied by her band The Red Clay Halo -a female trio comprising of
Violin, Cello and Accordion/ Flute.

El Feile Festival



As 'We're becoming islands one by one' has just been released in Spain, Dan and Dale travel there for the El Feile Festival.
In
its sixth edition this year with events spread across 10 days in San
Sebastian, Madrid, Bilbao as well as Barcelona, the focus for El Feile
this year is Northern Ireland. The Sleeping Years will be sharing the
bill with Duke Special.

The shows are:

19th Mar Sala Apolo, Barcelona, Spain (TSY on stage at 9pm)
20th Mar Sala El Sol, Madrid, Spain (TSY on stage at 10.30pm)

Oxjam



On the 2nd April Dale will play a solo set at a charity show for Oxfam at the Troubadour in London.
This is the second of three Oxjam shows taking place in London and includes, Alessi's Ark and Josh Weller, etc on the bill.

Electroacoustic Club

Our
next full band show in London will be at The Slaughtered Lamb on the
8th April where we hope to be playing some new songs for the first time.
This show is presented by the Electroacoustic Club and we will be playing alongside Stornoway.

First Oxford/Kent shows in April

We will be playing our first ever show in Oxford on the 15th April.
The full band will be playing at the Cellar with San Francisco band (and recent Memphis Industries signing) Papercuts.

The Cellar, Cornmarket St, Oxford
8.30pm - 2am / 18+
with vacuous pop DJs

Alex and Dale then travel to Ashford, Kent on the 30th April for a show at The Downtown Diner.
