Disclaimer: I am not by any means advising anyone to stop paying their income tax. I am merely spreading the information and planting a seed for you to do your own research. Just because there is no law that requires a person to pay an income tax does not mean you won't be taken to court or that the IRS will not enforce the voluntary income tax.

I'd like this blog to be the start for your own research into the subject of the unlawful income tax and what this all means. With that said let's start with a group called, The Tax Honesty Movement.

From 'Inside the Tax Honesty Movement: An Interview with Dave Champion'...

"BR: Tell me what the Tax Honesty Movement is all about.

DC: The Tax Honesty Movement is a name that sprung up about five years ago to describe those people who collectively want to see U.S. tax law applied and administrated honestly and in accordance with the written law. Despite the fact that the name "Tax Honesty Movement" was coined in the late 1990s, the movement has been around since the early 1950s. Computers, CD-ROMs, and the Internet have simply allowed people within the Movement to consolidate their information and communicate as never before."

The following quotes are from Arron Russo's film, America: Freedom to Fascism.

John Turner, Former IRS Agent, "I really expected, that of course there is a law that you can point to in the law book/code, that requires you to file a tax return... So naively I agreed to go off and research it... Three and a half months later, I was at that point where I couldn't find the statute that clearly made a person liable... and I had no choice in my mind except to resign."

Joe Banister, Former IRS Criminal Investigator, "I had to leave the IRS because I presented evidence that I had accumulated indicating that the agency was violating the law and violating peoples rights. I asked the agency for a response to my sincere concerns. The answer I got was that they would not respond to my concern and that they would provide me with the paperwork necessary to tenured my resignation."

Sherry Jackson, Former IRS Agent, "We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education put a full-page ad in the USA Today on July 7th, 2000. And within the body of that ad was a $50,000 challenge for anyone that could show the law... So I went after that... based on the research that I did throughout the year 2000 and that I'm still doing, I have not found that law."

We The People - USA Today Ad

No one has been able to collect the $50,000 reward offered by William Conklin (www.anti-irs.com) to anyone who can:
1) show how to file a federal income tax return without waiving one's 5th amendment rights, and
2) identify what statute in the Internal Revenue Code makes a typical worker liable to pay an income tax.

From reason.com, 'Five Reasons You Don't Owe Income Tax, Dammit!'

The ..1 Reason:
The IRS declares in various documents that the income tax is "voluntary." And in Flora v. U.S. (1960), the Supreme Court announced, "Our system of taxation is based upon voluntary assessment and payment."

Some of you read this and think, well I want to pay income tax because that money pays for schools and our highways, etc...

Education is paid for by local property taxes. The tax on gasoline pays for America's highways. After interests payments and government waste, not one penny collected from the tax on your labors pays for the services you expect from the government.

Bob Schulz, We the People Foundation, "The amount of money that we spend on defense is exactly equal to the amount of corporate income tax, which is quite legal and quite constitutional."

In 2005 the legal corporate income tax collected was $278.3 billion. The illegal tax on our labor collected was $927.2 billion.

Catherine Austim Fitts, Former Asst. Secretary of Housing, "In fiscal '99 the Department of Defense had 1.1 trillion of undocumentable adjustments. The following year they had 2.3 trillion of undocumentable adjustments."

Undocumentable adjustments means the money is missing.

In a letter to Tom Selgas of the Tax Honesty Movement, Daniel Inouyes of the Unite States Senate wrote, "Based on research performed by the Congressional Research Service, there is no provisions which specifically and unequivocally require an individual to pay an income tax."

Research this on your own. Talk to others about it. Become informed. Make a decision.
More and more unsettling truths are beginning to surface and it is our duty as human beings to learn from this information and act accordingly. The only thing worse than not knowing, is knowing and doing nothing.

You double-posted in the same blog dude... anyway, the problem is you can still be thrown into jail for not paying the IRS, plain and simple. Agreed that it may not technically be legal or constitutional, but the system will still fuck you in the ass for not doing what you're told like a good little citizen. Until corporations start telling their employees it's okay, or until mass amounts of people start not paying, ain't shit gonna change brotha. Fear is a powerful thing.

The way to truly beat such a huge corporate power such as the IRS is to learn about tort claims, and legal fictions. Its not the numbers we need its the knowledge. Take the next big step in the movement by commonlaw copyright of your legal fiction or what some would call a strawman. The truth is there is a difference between you the flesh and blood entity and the trust held by the company called the UNITED STATES in all capital letters. Its the reason why your state I.D. carries your name in all caps as well. Their are no more governments only giant corporations using you as a way to pass off incuring world debt  which can never be paid since their is more cash in circulation than physical intrinsic minerals.

Excellent information. They already take a huge chunk of my teacher's salary and then they still want more at the end of the year. If I didn't pay this - I could be put in jail or forced to pay a fine. Look at what Willie Nelson had to deal with.

Another VITAL piece of information people don't generally know when it comes to tax issues etc, is the existence of the STRAWMAN identity, this is your name in CAPITAL letters, which is a fictitous entity, it's not you, it;'s a corporation. This is all tied up in the issue of SOVEREIGNTY which in turn extends into the LAW COURTS. Most courts are CORPORATE LAW courts and thus any case taken against you can be dismissed without conviction if one understands their sovereignty. I am not an expert, just getting my head around it myself, but there are excellent sites out in the global brain that broach this topic with more substance and understanding than I can....at the end of the day, it's all about bringing back power to the people, if they can handle it, want it, know what to do with it...

i told this to a friend of mine who claims that it won't work. he says that the irs will show you exactly in the law where it is.  so i'm guessing that perhaps they have either  re-worked the laws accordingly or are telling people that they have?

Hey you think your country is shafting you?

Try living in good old Blighty.

Our government taxes people on their inheritance...

They can take an approx 40% cut of any property or sum over £275,000 ($541,282.1025).

Legalised theft?

So in essence you work hard to provide for your family and when you are just about to snuff it..

The government mugs you.

God Save The Queen.

Google search "Without Prejudice" UCC 1-207 (Uniform Commercial Code)   ...Sure you can get jailed for not paying tax if you don't know your rights.  When you're in court notice the gold fringe around the American flag behind the bench. The informed people will know what that means.  (Just think  maritime)  Your ass is bought and payed for.

http://www.supremelaw.org/sls/31answers.htm

The link above goes to a document that is an intense read, but well worth it and WITH FULL IRS CODE CITATIONS.

The issue really comes down to citizenship and Citizenship.  We are not really Citizens of the United States, but of the state in which we reside.  The only Citizens of the United States were the people alive at the writing of the Constitution.

Federal employees of the United States are required to pay income tax.  If you use your SSN as an identifying document, you are using and employer tax ID number.  Your employer?  The gov.

I stopped giving my employer permission to withhold income tax from my pay this year.

;-)

Anyone can see that govts are pure evil when it comes to anyone being taxed. People forget that one of the definitions in some of the still surviving dictionaries for freedom is, "not taxed". If you have to pay someone anything out of what you have earned it is not called tax, it is called extortion. You cannot have justice on stolen land, and everyone has made a deal with these fucking demons and are now worried that they are paying with their blood, sweat, and tears.  Many say that Amerikkka has lost it's freedom, but when was it ever free, back when we were in the colored part of town and whites were being protected by the govt from us? Now that the govt is fucking us all on a semi even basis, there seems to be a problem. Funny how no one remembers what happened to the natives and if the y say they remember then they are lying cause they wouldn't be paying taxes. The realest people on the earth are the people from the earth.
