Current mood:  confused
Category: Music

I, so far, have recorded something like 18 tracks (haven't finished any of them, yet). There will be 14 tracks on my album. I have 13 of them chosen, and I need to pick the last one to record. Here is my tracklisting so far (in no particular order):

A.D. 1928/ Rockin' the Paradise

Vienna

Resurrection

Delusions of Grandeur

Let it Be

Save Me

No- One But You (Only the Good Die Young)

Dust in the Wind

The Madman

Stardust (might change the title)

The Fire

My Generation

The River Runs Low

So that's 13. I need a 14th. There are several songs I'm trying to choose from. Some of them are:

Since You've Been Gone (Rainbow)

Time is Running Out (Muse)

Someone Saved my Life Tonight (Elton John)

River of Dreams (Billy Joel)

Cum on Feel the Noize (Slade/ Quiet Riot)

I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) (the Proclaimers)

Maybe Baby (is it Buddy Holly? Not sure.)

Who's Lovin' You (Jackson 5)

Photograph (Def Leppard)

Comfortably Numb (Pink Floyd)

Rock You Like a Hurricane (the Scorpions)

Here I go Again (Whitesnake)

The Golden Boy (Freddie Mercury and Monsterrat Caballe)

Barcelona (Freddie Mercury and Monsterrat Caballe)

Doctor, Doctor (Robert Palmer)

See, I've got basically a bunch of hard rock/ metal songs (which I'd prefer to do, seeing as I'm a bit unbalanced in the hard-soft ratio), a couple of ballads, an opera song, and an opera-slash-gospel song.

Does anybody have any opinions? Perhaps you've got a suggestion for a song that I haven't thought of yet? I'm trying to list pro's and con's, and as of this moment, it seems that 'Since You've Been Gone' would be the best choice, based on range, style, and the fact that it's piss-easy to play :-)

So . . . let me know what you think!
