Well, the soup came out GREAT!  Here's the ingredients and recipe (note there are no AMOUNTS here...I wasn't paying attention to that when I was cooking):

Pork Chops
-----------------
4 1" thick pork chops (bone out)
Panko crumbs
Polenta
Salt, Pepper and Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Greek yogurt
1/2 and 1/2

Winter Greens Soup
-------------------
Kale (chopped)
Rapini (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (diced)
1 quart chicken STOCK
1/2 quart water
1/2 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
mushrooms (chopped)
-----------------------------

Mix the 1/2 and 1/2 with the Greek yogurt in a large container.  Place the pork chops in and let soak 3 to 4 hours (to overnight).  Mix the remaining PORK CHOP ingredients and bread the pork chops in it.  Broil in the oven until cooked through.  Set aside to cool slightly.

Boil stock, water and wine.  Reduce heat to a simmer and mix in remaining ingredients (less the kale and rapini).  Simmer for 1 hour.  Mix in greens and let simmer for 1/2 hour.

To plate:  Pour soup into a bowl and chop up the pork width wise, and place into soup (shallow bowls work best for this).

Enjoy!
