hello everybody. how's your news? i am playing a show on the 26th of may, at the birmingham again. it is a fine little venue, but don't leave the show room. i have been writing songs for a new ep. lots and lots of words. there is a song called 'fifty gallon drum' which has a very positive feeling. here are some things i am thinking about when i am trying to write my songs: it would be good for them to be complicated but small, quiet. they ought to be strategic. you shouldn't be able to catch them. time could happen when you are listening back to them. ha ha! i am excited about recording the songs, it is what i enjoy best. i am still thinking about making a record that is just sounds. isolated short sounds. it would make for good listening i strongly believe.
