Eugene show was weird but fun. The night following ended up being even weirder. Its a very strange town so it was to be expected. There were quesadillas from a cart on the street drunk hippie/jock guys, and a bunch of strange conversations with drunk people. Including a guy who wanted us to be in his movie about how weird eugene was but when we tried to explain that we were not even from there he got angry. Not because of what we were saying being that he didnt understand us but I think because we were talking. he said to fuck off and wait until he won a nobel prize and an oscar. We also hung out with Bruce a guy who played in Punk bands back in the 80's, knew all kinds of crazy people and had endless stories.

Drove to redding the next day and did laundry and were finally able to shower. By the time we played that night everyone was very drunk and things got a bit crazy. Had the next day off so we took advantage of the fact that it was 95 and sunny and went swimming. Followed by a BBQ.
The next day got the breaks on the van fixed thanks to our good friends Steve and Amy.

Had an even warmer drive to Sacramento. Played a very weird instore but met some very nice people and were given a floor to crash on. It would have been a pretty unbearable sleep in the van otherwise.
