VIDEOLOGY hosts "The Blue Note's" 27th Anniversary Party Wed. Aug. 1st!!!

Join us this Wed. evening Aug. 1st for the 27th B-Day to the day of the opening of it's doors!!! Come on out and wish The Blue Note Happy 27th Birthday!!!

Unfortunately "The Polyphonic Spree" won't be able to join us this Wed. as it seems "The Fragile Army" is a bit Fragile! On their first jaunt out on the road in support of the latest Polyphonic Spree Album "The Fragile Army" the entire Band, Choir, and frontman Tim Delaughter were overcome with some kind of intense stomach flu or awful funk of sorts! Tim went to a doctor on Friday afternoon and was warned to give his voice a break and time to heal and to not risk further sickness or damage to his chords. I've talked to Tim and he says they will make up these dates asap!

Regardless, this Wed. Aug. 1st join us for an evening of VIDEOLOGY as we Celebrate The Blue Note's 27th B-Day!!! We'll have 3 large screens spinin' some of the Best Underground Music Videos ever made. We'll see some of the latest underground release's as well as some "old school" throw-backs!

In honor of "The Blue Note's 27th B-Day" we'll have some B-Day Cake, we'll fire off some Confetti Cannons, we'll try and call Tim Delaughter(frontman) of The Polyphonic Spree on the phone to check in on his health & the health of "The Fragile Army". We'll even have some Indie Rock-Karoke performed by YOU "Live" on The Blue Note Stage!!!

Ever had the notion to get on that Blue Note Stage, grab a microphone and belt out a few lines??? Well here's your chance! This Wed. night, once you've drank a lil' courage juice, we'll hand you a couple of micropohnes and you & a friend can show us what you got! Within reason. :-)

Also, we'll be Filming for our TV episode and we are looking for you to tell us about your favorite Blue Note Show, Story or Memory of your past history @ The Blue Note!

We hope you can spend this special evening with us as we Celebrate 27 yrs. of one of the Best Independent & locally owned Venues in America... little lone Missouri.
