LADIES AND GENTS!

Angelina Moysov here from Persephone's Bees to tell you about this Saturday, July 18th. Yes, it's true, we're finally playing LIVE after a long time, we've been busy though, making a new record that you all are going to love, I promise! Working on a video, photos and other exciting stuff. Stay tuned! All the bands, times, direction to the theatre is below and in the flyer. I miss seeing your beautiful faces, can't wait to see you all in the crowd. Till Saturday!

ALSO, as you know we just finished a new record with BLAG Dalia from the Dwarves, the band is called CANDY NOW! and I've told you, Blag wrote all the songs/sang, Tom arranged it with him, played most of the instruments, and I sang and arranged the vocal parts. It is a very exciting record and yesterday we did an interviewfor it at this radio station that is running out of a coffee shop in San Francisco, the radio station is called Pirate Cat Radio (http://www.nerdnetworks.org/pcr/Noise-20090714.mp3), and it's a really great interview with Blag, Tom and myself. Nash Kato from Urge Overkill was also in the interview calling the radio station from NY. Interesting combination of people were working on the record, haha, Dwarves meets Persephone's Bees meets Urge Overkill. Nash Kato and I sang a duet on this record that will tear your hears apart, it's a beautiful duet, and when did I ever think while growing up in Russia that I'll sing a duet with Nash and then also with Blag from the Dwarves, the band that I didn't even like that much!!! But hey, here it is, peoples - Candy Now! Check it out, let me know what you think at P's Bees show this Saturday.

Love to you all. Angelina

p.s. in regards to the link above for the radio show we did yesterday with Blag and Kato, I believe it starts 10 or 15 minutes into the podcast - if you listen closely, you'll hear The Chipmunks, a young Madonna, or Britknee Spits doing their version of P's Bees "City Of Love" .... Why, I don't know.
