Well we went up to Roslyn and Seattle again, and it was beautiful up there. The gig at the Brick in Roslyn was so friggin cool, folks dancin, drinkin, hootin and hollerin and the vibes were so awesome. Mariah, Bruce and Sherry came up again (like 4 hrs away) and all the usual locals showed up like my man McGuff (with stories and pearls of wisdom) and thanx Ryan, Shannon, Steph, Babbs, Sara, Adam, Nicole, Chris, Roy, the bartender who made the Bloody marys and anyone else I left out (we were all pretty faded).

We just played Papas Soul Food Kitchen last night and it was a blast. Love goin down there so much, I mean we would go down there for the food alone. It was great time, everybody was in good spirits and we got some folks dancin (which is unusual for a dinner joint, cus of the tables and all) and folks tipped well. Unfortunately Papas was playin a gig so he wasn't there to sit in. We goin back next Friday though so he will get on that washboard, if I can help it. Love that place... and we love you Papa, Deborah and the rest 'o' the fam!!

Busking on the streets in between gigs is still the coolest thing ever to me, though I been doin it for years. We do it much more now than we did down south thats for sure. Playin on the streets is a great way to make a few bucks but ya also get to meet all kinds of new people as well. Shoot... biggest thing is ya could basically never go hungry. Nice.

Went rafting again up at Thorins place but this time Bell hit the river with us. It was so fun, Bell paddled her little heart out and stayed pretty dry the whole trip but fell in rite at the end. We scooped her out of the water super quick as she proclaimed "still got my paddle"... which is very important when rafting BTW. Anyway it was fun as hell, can't wait to go again.

Well I guess that's it for now, got shit to do today so we should get crackin. Cd's ain't gonna make themselves, I need strings and I am starving. Holler.
