I was recently contacted by Cornerstone Entertainment about a brand new TV show called "Give a Living Rose." The show is based on the idea of thanking those that have made a huge impact on your life or career. The show heard about my story, and asked to film an episode on me and my grandmother. My grandmother helped me get started in the music business many years ago. She was the first to support my music by funding my first album and booking my concert dates for over 10 years. The show gave me the opportunity to thank my grandmother for all that she's done for me and my career. Filming began last week, with a surprise taping at the Nashville airport. As my grandmother exited the terminal last week, the shows host, Kelly Lang, surprised her with flowers and limo ride to the Country Music Hall of Fame. She was treated to lunch and a private viewing of the Hall of Fame. The following day she was taken to be pampered at a local salon where she was given a manicure and pedicure, followed by getting her hair cut and styled. We completed the day at the Loveless Cafe where friends and family gathered to surprise her with a dinner party. The great Reba Rambo stopped by to greet my grandmother and present her with a special gift. Months before, the late Dottie Rambo, had autographed a piece of sheet music for my grandmother. Reba shared stories of her mother, and thanked my grandmother for helping me by presenting her with the autograph.  Also, Dianne Sherrill, fellow singer and friend, greeted my grandmother and shared about our wonderful friendship. I'm so excited to see the final project all edited and completed. My grandmother was treated like a star, and I was so thankful to finally be able to give back to the one person who has always done the giving in my life. The show is set to air this fall on three different networks and I will post soon the channels and date of our show airing. A special thank you to Cornerstone Entertainment for all your support and the amazing opportunity to thank the living rose in my life, my grandmother.

Kristian it so good to see that you are following your dreams and finding such success. A friend and I (Johnnie May) met you and your grandmother a few years ago at CRS before you moved to Nashville. I wish you continued success and blessings.
