About Love Trash (the song)

"Love Trash refers to the everyday throwaway Hollywood relationships, where "true love" is here today and gone tomorrow, musically wed to a comic twist...?"

Sass'Brat

Sad isn't it? They marry more than I dated. Where have peoples morals gone?

Anyhow, I've yet to hear this one and I will have to check it out.

Hi Robert!

When I was in Junior High School, we has to write an essay on love and marriage, what it meant to each of us.   When a man and women fell in love back in the covered wagon days, they truly loved each other! It was a bond that no one could break!  The wives would help their partners out with anything that needed to be done. They married for love!

Today?  The word love is thrown around like a frisbee.  No one really seems to have time to go through the emotions.  Its easier to say I Love You.. blah blah blah,.. then give yourself so freely.  Thats what my problem was,  I never felt IN LOVE before for any man... I didnt trust the emotion, I dont believe in saying it unless you truly feel it!  At 43, Im still waiting for that to happen to my heart!

God Bless...

you're right on.  It sends kids the message that love is temporary.  No wonder so many people don't know what love is.

Robert Dude, you've hit the nail on the head, there really is a horrible message being sent to young people at the moment that "true love" the type found in soppy love movies is only a short term thing, and will probably go after one person goes into rehab or in divorce. Something needs to get through to them that there is only one who can give true everlasting love, and that its not that hard to come by, only Jesus.

God Bless man, you're an inspiration

Dave

That's an awesome song! And the lyrics are so true! The sad part is, it's not JUST Hollywood. The whole world seems to have gone completely selfish. People throw away relationships and marriages like it was nothing. I actually have a comment under heros about my grandparents to that note. They were an inspiration to me relationship wise.

Keep rockin!
